Evinrude E-tec proves their Motto DQR For (Durability; Quality; Reliability) season 08/09
Evinrude's Motto DQR For (Durability; Quality; Reliability) has surely been put to the test in our First Racing Season 08/09 for Hard bottoms SA.
We are privileged that 3 Pilots took the leap of faith to take the chance with Evinrude on their Racing boats.
And the following were achieved and we have some Proud Racing Pilots and Evinrude Owners. And some great televised exposure through the season. As well as people talking about our great product.
Anton Brits .Anthony(co-pilot)
He raced the full Season from the start and was competing in the formula 3 class for 225hp. He attended every race and has totally dominated the season with no break downs and consistent performance .His awards for the first season with Evinrude is as follow. Anton race a Evinrude 225hp ho
A; He was Honoured: PSA Pilots High Point Trophy , It is a National floating trophy.
B; Highest scoring pilot points in SAPBA as well.
C; Overall winner in the F3 (Formula 3 Class) for the season .
D; 7th overall in the gruelling 130km Ice block race.
E; Anthony Highest scoring co-pilot for the season.
Attie Tromp . Christo (co-pilot)
He was not privileged to race the full season in his formula 2 class for 250 hp and up and was waiting for his new boat and still managed to achieve great rewards. Attie race the Evinrude E-tec 250hp ho Watch this space for the new season.
A; First place and a first for Evinrude in the toughest Hart bottom race in Africa over 130 km's The Ice Block.
B; 2nd overall in his class the formula 2 class
C; Christo 2nd highest scoring co-pilot points for the season.
Petrus Whiteman . John-Ross (co-pilot)
Petrus was racing a Yamaha when he decided to fit a Evinrude E-tec 200 hp ho in the last quarter of the season .He is competing in the formula 4 class for 150hp-200hp Watch this space for the new season.
A; Third place in the F4 class for the season.
Francois Heyns . Hendrik (co-pilot)
Dit not race the full season in the formula 5 class for 90hp - 130hp and raced a Evinrude E-tec 115hp ho motor.
A; Second in his class in the Ice Block
B; Third in his class for the season
